1. Eligibility for Refunds

We’re committed to delivering working, valid products. Refunds or replacements may be issued under these conditions:

✅ Software/Game Keys

  • Unused Keys: Refundable within 7 days if the key has not been revealed or activated.

  • Invalid/Non-working Keys: Eligible for free replacement or full refund after verification.

✅ Streaming Products (e.g., Netflix, IPTV, Crunchyroll, etc.)

  • Invalid Login or Account Issue: If the streaming account/login doesn’t work upon delivery, we will provide a replacement within 6 hours.

  • If we cannot replace it, you will receive a full refund.

  • Streaming accounts are non-refundable after 24 hours unless there is a verified issue.

Non-Refundable:

  • Orders marked as “Used,” “Activated,” or “Working” by our system or the platform.

  • Orders older than 7 days (unless under Key Guarantee or account fails within policy window).

  • Streaming accounts that were working at the time of delivery and fail after the supported period (unless warranty applies).

2. How to Request a Refund

To open a refund or replacement request, contact:

Provide the following:

  • 🧾 Order number

  • 📸 Screenshot or video proof of the issue (login error, activation error, etc.)

Support response time: Within 24–48 hours.

3. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are processed within:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds if:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected (e.g., false claims).

  • The product was delivered in working condition and later misused.

  • Streaming credentials were shared or altered by the buyer.

  • Bulk purchases (10+ keys/accounts) are made without prior agreement.

5. Our Guarantee

At Digizoone, all products are delivered 100% genuine and valid at the time of purchase. If there’s a mistake on our end, we will:

  • 🔁 Replace it quickly, or

  • 💸 Refund you — no hassle.

Streaming Account Warranty: Some accounts come with up to 12-month replacement support — check the product page for eligibility.
